Ceramic sand for 3D printing

Cermic sand -140 mesh is a good foundry sand for 3D printing with good high-temperature resistance. In the meantime, for its spherical shape, ceramic sand could recycle used for up to 10 times. Instead of silica sand in traditional lost foam casting(green sand casting), ceramic is a cost-effective sand which is also environment friendly and better for the operator’s health.

Casting Ceramic Sand characteristics:

1. Low thermal expansion coefficient
1. Spherical shape, good flowability, easy to shakeout
2. Smooth surface, compact structure
3. Chemically neutral material
4. High-temperature resistance, good refractoriness
5. Recycle up to 10 times, highly cost-effective.
6. Save resin consumption with casting tech such as shell molding, Resin coated sand casting, Vacuum casting, etc.
